Gateway MHC Holdings, LLC is a 55+ senior manufactured home community in Frankfort,IL
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Person to join our team.
This is a full time position. Looking for someone to work 40 hours a week.
The idea candidate for this position will be knowledgeable and experienced in
general maintenance and grounds techniques and repairs. Ability to endure seasonal
temperatures as working conditions requires outdoor work.
* Responsibilities:
*Ensure the community is presentable, inviting and always adheres to
KMC's Clean and Green Standards.
*Ensures trash/debris is picked up daily from park daily including berms
and sewer drains.
*Complete minor repairs to facilities as needed.
*Help inspect residents spaces for repairs and rule violations.
*Make sure that all equipment is running smoothly, and fix problems if they occur.
*Maintain all common areas to make sure all are always ready and clean.
*Requirements:
*Valid driver's license
*High School Diploma or GED
*Must be able to pass pre-employment drug, alcohol and background check.
*General knowledge of grounds keeping, electrical and plumbing.
*General knowledge of lawn maintenance tools, such as weed whipper,
lawn mower, snow blower and hand tools.
*General knowledge of 4x4 gator, snow plow, salt spreader and operation of maintenance truck.
*Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
*Able to Navigate apps on phone and also on computer.
*Easy going personality. Ability to work independently and as a team player, will be interacting with residents daily.
**Job Type: Full-Time
**Schedule : 8 hour shift (8:30AM to 5:00PM). May be a few times a year when times will vary.
