Temp to Hire
 
Temp Pay: $20/hour 
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM No on-call during temp period, will be added to rotation once perm
 
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance</li>
<li>Ensure service requests are responded to and resolved in an efficient and timely manner</li>
<li>Diagnose and repair plumbing issues</li>
<li>Must possess strong skills in carpentry, tiling, electrical, plumbing, and appliances</li>
<li>Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to all common areas and units</li>
<li>Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community areas daily to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times</li>
<li>Prepare the vacant units for occupancy</li>
<li>Communicate and interact with staff and tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times</li>
<li>Work as part of a team and represent the community in a professional manner at all times</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>3+ years of Residential Maintenance Technician experience</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent is required</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical is required</li>
<li>Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times</li>
<li>Must have their own tools</li>
