As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be running company-issued appointments with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of switching to solar energy, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, a passion for the solar industry, and the drive to consistently exceed sales targets. This is a commission based position with a great opportunity to help customers in East Tennessee while being rewarded financially.

Responsibilities:

• Run company-issued appointments with homeowners in East Tennessee
• Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and our products
• Develop tailored solar solutions to meet individual homeowner needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Uphold our company's values of honesty and integrity in all interactions

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and passion for the solar industry
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
