<p>Our customer in Elkhart, IN is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and coordinate all maintenance operations for a manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment uptime and operational efficiency </li>
<li>Manage preventative maintenance schedules, work orders, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgeting </li>
<li>Supervise and support a tenured maintenance team while driving accountability and responsiveness </li>
<li>Partner with production leadership to prioritize repairs, equipment improvements, and downtime reduction efforts </li>
<li>Oversee maintenance activities for industrial manufacturing equipment, dust collection systems, and facility infrastructure </li>
</ul>
<p>Required Skills / Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment </li>
<li>Strong background in preventative maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS systems </li>
<li>Experience managing maintenance budgets, outside contractors, and vendor relationships </li>
<li>Working knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and troubleshooting processes </li>
<li>Ability to lead veteran maintenance teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment</li>
