As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC repairs

  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential maintenance issues

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, and appliances

  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of resident areas and common spaces

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the facility

  • Follow established protocols and procedures for reporting and addressing maintenance issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0-1 year of experience in maintenance or related field

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
