Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC repairs

Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential maintenance issues

Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, and appliances

Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of resident areas and common spaces

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the facility

Follow established protocols and procedures for reporting and addressing maintenance issues
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

0-1 year of experience in maintenance or related field

Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
