Responsibilities:

• As an leasing agent you will work along side your team to maximize leasing objectives via phone, in person or on the web
• Use communication and sales tools in order to increase partnerships with local businesses
• Help Provide weekly marketing reports on status of other facilities as well as tasks completed for the week
• Our employees practice exceptional customer service by welcoming new prospective tenets as well as current tenets
• Help customers identify their needs and and provide storage solutions that will enhance their experience with Citadel
• Take ownership of day to day operations including account management, sales, problem solving and property maintenance
• Perform daily basic maintenance tasks such as mopping, sweeping, picking up grounds and put general maintenance duties in order to make the facility the cleanest and safest in the area
• Must be able to perform at high level in a team environment but also without supervision.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in a customer service, restaurant., property management, or sales field
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent. College Education is a plus
• Ability to perform basic maintenance items

Valid driver license with reliable transportation
