The Role As a Property Manager, you will serve as the face of the community. You will cultivate an elite resident experience while optimizing the property’s financial and operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Maintain maximum occupancy and manage lease cycles.
- Resident Relations: Foster an upscale community atmosphere with world-class customer service.
- Financial Management: Oversee rent collections and property budgeting.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and inspire office and maintenance personnel.
- Property Upkeep: Ensure immaculate property maintenance, safety, and security.
- Community Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with local officials and government.
Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years market rent Property Manager experience.
