Immediate opening for an Onsite Management Team for a well-maintained All-Ages Mobile Home Community in Bishop California.

This position is for a 2-person team and not an individual. You must be able to relocate to Bishop California.

The Office Manager will work with tenants to collect rent, enforce rules, ensure the profitability of the park, conduct evictions, document all financial transactions and delinquent accounts, respond to potential tenants, maintain a high rental percentage, conduct repairs, and manage central services.

The Maintenance Manager is to be responsible for property maintenance and utilities, as well as the closed loop Well system. Must have handyman, basic plumbing, landscaping, and basic electrical skills.

Prior mobile home park experience is preferred but not mandatory, training is available for qualified candidates. Salary will be based on experience and will include employer-provided housing and utilities, vacation, and sick time.
