Job DescriptionCleaning Technician Looking for a dependable, hardworking Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team! This position services an office building in the Tyler Texas area. Schedule: Part-Time, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday-FridayWhat You’ll Do
- Clean at a manufacturing plant following all checklists and guidelines
- Vacuum, dust, sanitize, clean restrooms, remove trash, and complete related tasks
- Create a positive experience for clients, coworkers, and building guests
- Communicate service needs, concerns, and emergencies promptly
- Use cleaning products safely and mix solutions at the correct ratios
- Keep equipment, carts, and janitorial areas clean and organized
- Report damaged or missing equipment
- Clock in and out accurately using our timekeeping system
- Assist at other client locations when scheduling and business needs allow
- Respond professionally to reasonable additional client requests

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to follow health, safety, dress, and personal hygiene standards
- Availability during the required cleaning schedule
- Willingness to take work-related photos or videos when requested by a supervisor
- Wearing appropriate PPE is required at all times
