Job Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct any and all communication with customers, prospects, residents, or applicants</li>
<li>Show and tour apartments</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to all customers, prospects, residents, and applicants</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
 
<ul>
<li>At least 1+ year(s) experience in sales and customer service</li>
<li>Previous leasing experience is a plus</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
<li>Passing of a criminal background check</li>
</ul>
