Job Description
Getting your real estate license is one thing. Learning what to do every day to actually build a career is another.
We’re looking for someone who wants hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear system for getting started in real estate. This opportunity is open to newly licensed agents as well as individuals currently working toward their real estate license.
You’ll learn how to generate new business, work with buyers and sellers, manage transactions from the first conversation through closing, and develop the daily habits needed to create consistent production.
You won’t be expected to figure everything out by yourself. You’ll receive coaching and mentorship from agents who are actively producing, along with proven systems for lead generation and transaction management.
This could be a good fit if you’re changing careers, recently entered real estate, or have your license but haven’t gained the traction you expected.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and wants structure and clear direction while developing their real estate business.
A competitive commission structure gives you the opportunity to grow your income as your effort and production increase.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+
Flexible schedule. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Training and mentorship provided from day one.
If you’re ready to stop trying to figure out real estate on your own and start building practical experience with training and support, apply today.
