RESPONSIBILITIES
NON-SKILLED MANUAL LABORER:
Preparation of units for rent (cleaning appliances, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc.)
General landscaping and snow removal duties (manual equipment only)
Other unskilled maintenance duties
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
NON-SKILLED MANUAL LABORER:
General labor experience
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Knowledge of and ability to apply safety practices in workplace.
