- Pay: $21–$24 per hour (DOE)

About the Opportunity
Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for an apartment community in Minneapolis, MN. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional with prior leasing experience required. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to work with prospective residents, conduct property tours, process applications, and help achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule and conduct apartment tours for prospective residents.
- Process rental applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements.
- Follow up with prospective residents to convert inquiries into completed applications and signed leases.
- Maintain accurate leasing records, resident files, and documentation.
- Assist with marketing available apartments and updating online listings.
- Support lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office.
- Assist with daily property management operations as needed.
Requirements
- Prior leasing experience is required.
- Previous apartment or multifamily property management experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and resident-focused attitude.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and property management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
