Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of projects from start to finish
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
- Work closely with project managers to develop construction schedules and plans
- Manage material deliveries
- Perform quality control inspections and address any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may impact the project
Qualifications:
- Experience in concrete and carpentry construction
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Available to work flexible hours as needed
