Riverstone Commercial Cleaning is looking for an experienced subcontractor or cleaning crew to take on commercial accounts in Loudoun and Fairfax County, with room to grow into Arlington, Alexandria, DC, and Prince William.

This is subcontract work, not employment. You run your own crew, carry your own insurance, and get paid per job.

What we need:

• Your own crew and equipment
• General liability insurance ($1M/$2M) and workers comp, or willingness to get covered
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with commercial spaces (offices, churches, HOA common areas, daycares, or post-construction cleanup)
• Someone who shows up when scheduled and does quality work without needing to be micromanaged
