Role Description The Commercial Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Springville, UT. If you enjoy the challenges of building from the ground, up, then this position is

Duties include:
\n
- \n
- Maintain and service all commercial Reencle/MegaReencle units
- Create and manage a service support network for commercial customers
- Manage install and training (coordinate logistics, training, commissioning, etc.)
- Handle customer service inquiries (virtual troubleshoot, remote repair, travel if necessary)
- Set up virtual training for customers and local service professionals

- Assist with Pilot programs (service, customer support, data gathering)

- Assist with warehouse operations when needed
- Coordinate with Korean development team, sales, and marketing to provide customer feedback, quality improvement, and feature enhancements
- Must use a Reencle unit at home and become an expert in composting best practices

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Strong work ethic and curious about learning new things
- Mechanical background or experience fixing stuff
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to train or teach others
- Proven self-starter who can work with ambiguity and without supervision
- Comfortable using AI and other online tools to communicate and create educational materials
- Education, experience, and/or training in a related field
- Lift at least 75lbs
