Job DescriptionCustodian - TSMC PhoenixVerde CleanVerde Clean is seeking reliable Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Custodian, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting Verde Clean's commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.Available ShiftsMonday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PMMonday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PMWork AreasCustodians may be assigned to one of the following teams:Construction Cleanup TeamClean construction areas and common spacesRemove dust, debris, and construction-related wastePrepare newly completed areas for occupancyFollow all site safety requirements and PPE protocolsOffice Cleaning TeamClean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restroomsVacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfacesRestock supplies and empty trash receptaclesMaintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitorsEssential DutiesSweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floorsClean and disinfect restrooms and common areasWipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfacesRemove trash and debrisRestock facility suppliesReport safety hazards and maintenance concernsProvide friendly and professional customer serviceQualificationsJanitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of cleaning equipment and safety proceduresPhysical RequirementsThe physical requirements described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
