Seeking a Custodial Maintenance Technician.

Duties Include:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass partitions.

Maintenance:

• Making minor repairs, such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes; working closely with management to establish a coolant review and maintenance program.

Trash Removal:

• Emptying trash and recycling bins.

Restroom Cleaning

• Cleaning and stocking restrooms, including sanitizing facilities.

Security:

• Locking doors and windows, and conducting routine security checks.

Ground Maintenance:

• Manage mowing and trimming lawn service and hedges, and cleaning snow from sidewalks.

Safety:

• Following safety precautions to prevent damage to the building and oneself.

Inventory:

• Maintaining a thorough inventory.

Ordering Supplies:

• Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
