Seal Harbor property looking for a motivated individual to help with grounds and facilities. Expectations are; assist Heads Groundskeeper in preparing and maintaining grounds and facilities, watering, weeding, mulching, raking, caring for pine needled paths, clean the pool and hot tub, wash cars and possibly small boats, assist other staff as needed, catering to the needs of the owners and their guests, a positive attitude, and a team player. Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. 5 Days/40 hours per week until late June, then 6 days/48 hours per week. Position can start as early as May 4th and goes through late August/early September. $23.00 per hour. References and background check are required. Housing is not provided.
