One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team in Green Bay, WI.
**Pay Rate: **$26/hr - $32/hr
**Shift: **1st shift
Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment

Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely repairs to minimize production downtime

Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, bearings, and automated production equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical manuals, and equipment documentation

Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, and plant improvement projects

Conduct routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs using CMMS software
Qualifications:

High school diploma or Technical degree or certification in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electro Mechanical Technology, or Automated Manufacturing Systems is required.

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Experience maintaining industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated production equipment

Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems

Knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and industrial electrical systems
