Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. $129,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads

Qualifications:

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible
  • Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads
  • A cell phone and a laptop computer are needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Self-motivated
  • Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week
  • Utilize and maintain your CRM
  • Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Be coachable
  • Be accountable
