Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to setup, install, adjust, and maintain production equipment, including conveyors, automation systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, encoders, and variable frequency drives. The ideal candidate will perform routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively. This role requires complex problem-solving skills to identify and address issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Setup, install, adjust, and maintain production equipment such as conveyors, automation systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, encoders, and variable frequency drives.
- Perform routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Inspect equipment regularly and as needed to determine maintenance requirements.
- Identify and solve complex problems by reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options.
- Monitor operation by watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure machines are working properly.
- Control the operation of equipment or systems.
- Troubleshoot both high and low voltage electrical systems.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting and fabrication.

Work Environment
The work schedule is from 6pm to 6am, Monday to Friday, with additional hours on Saturdays as needed. The role requires working in shifts to support continuous operations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $39.00/hr.
