What You Will Do
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and determine the best course of treatment.
- This may include going into attics, crawlspaces, basements or other spaces.
- Work indoors and outdoors during all months of the year
- Implement effective pest control strategies and treatments with precision and care.
- Educate clients on integrated pest management (IPM) measures to keep pests at bay.
- Provide exceptional customer experience with a friendly attitude and a can-do spirit.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Perform amazing route work, independently.
- Care for and maintain company equipment, vehicles and materials.

Experience and Requirements.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Tech savvy and willing to learn and use cutting edge technology.
- 18 years of age or older.
