Pay: $15-18/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5PM
30-minute unpaid break
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of janitorial, landscaping, general labor, and/or groundskeeping experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning of all common areas (dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, empty garbage)
- Report all notable concerns, such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, missing smoke detectors, extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Daily removal of trash and properly discard litter and debris from interior common areas and assists the team with exterior ground maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
