Job Description
Addison Group is hiring a Property Coordinator on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, and other communications, determining appropriate follow-up or routing as needed.
- Arrange business travel, including transportation and lodging, and assist with resolving travel-related changes or issues.
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional first point of contact for individuals visiting the office.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including document preparation, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, typing, and coordinating outgoing deliveries.
- Act as a central point of contact between management, employees, tenants, vendors, and external contacts to help ensure efficient daily operations.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records, including lease documentation, vendor agreements, billing records, contracts, and management files.
- Provide administrative support to management, property management personnel, and accounting staff on special projects and other assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Previous experience in property management
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Property Management Software
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications and general office technology.
