Work on general maintenance requests to fix, maintain, or add items in the homes of our retired seniors and throughout all areas of our campus. Working Hours:Hours will vary depending on the season but primary hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday with rotating weekend coverage. Our facilities are open 365 days a year, so candidates must be flexible and willing to work any hours including weekends or holidays on an on-call basis as needed.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age Transportation and valid drivers licenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Prior maintping experience requiredAble to safely operate landscaping equipment without restrictionsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Residents, Staff and Guests.Ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather.
