This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping a property looking sharp and functioning well. You'll work across both our Hill City and Keystone depot locations, tackling a wide variety of light maintenance, cosmetic, and grounds tasks that keep our guest experience top-notch.What You'll Be DoingLight painting (doors, trim, interior surfaces)Replacing and maintaining exterior and decorative lightingGum removal and general surface cleaningGrounds upkeep - sweeping, blowing, and keeping common areas tidySecuring electrical covers, stapling cords, and minor fixture repairsMonitoring and reporting landscaping and irrigation issuesAssembling, repairing, or replacing outdoor furniture and fixturesAssisting with trash and recycling bin managementGeneral property walkthroughs and punch list completionWhat We're Looking ForSome experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or a related tradeComfortable working independently and managing a task listAble to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable transportation between Hill City and Keystone locationsGood eye for detail - you'll notice what needs attention before being askedSchedule & CompensationSeasonal position running through the end of the 2026 operating seasonFlexible hours - days and schedule can be arranged to fit the right candidate
