The Residential Maintenance Technician plays a key role within the maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of residential properties. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, this technician frequently travels between various properties to perform maintenance tasks that enhance tenant satisfaction and preserve property value.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work to repair and maintain residential structures
- Service and repair household appliances to ensure proper operation
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns
