Bustos Capital is a growing and dynamic privately owned real estate-based portfolio, and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Manager to work hand-in-hand with the Regional Manager, providing essential support across all aspects of property management related to residential, self-storage, and commercial complexes. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our properties.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday – Sunday CLOSED
On call when needed
Benefits:
- $3,600 Annual Tax-Free Reimbursement ( ICHRA)

Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities:
- Being the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive living experience.
- Overseeing property maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assisting with tenant onboarding, lease agreements, and managing lease renewals.
- Supporting rent collection, processing invoices, and assisting with budget management.
- Ensuring all properties adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Manager, including report generation and schedule management.
- Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high-quality property standards.
- Monitor incoming leads and prospects, and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers.
- Crosstrain and provide support for the team in the self-storage division when needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in property management.
- Self-storage experience is a PLUS!
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
- Residing in Salt Lake County is highly preferred for this role.
- A clean criminal background is required.
- Ability to transport, lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Candidate should be able to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including opening large roll-up doors.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day.
- Wearing the required uniform and respecting the company dress code.
