As the Environmental and Maintenance Supervisor with Shoreline Post Acute, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall well-being of our patients, residents, and staff. Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing any environmental concerns in a timely and efficient manner

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and infection control in a long-term care facility

• Collaborate with other departments to address any environmental or maintenance issues that may arise

• Develop and implement effective maintenance and environmental schedules and protocols to minimize disruptions and optimize resources

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment as an environmental services director.

• Ability to accurately complete additional maintainance duties as assigned

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless operations

• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
