Job Description
The Groundskeeper Porter maintains clean, orderly commercial properties across multiple locations. This role performs routine exterior cleaning, vacancy cleaning, property inspections, and issue reporting under the direction of a property supervisor, while working independently with scheduled check-ins. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between cities are required. Employer-provided blowers and cleaning tools are available for routine maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Blow off storefronts and surrounding areas.
- Pick up trash throughout assigned parking lots.
- Sweep around dumpster enclosures during each visit.
- Change trash bags and wipe trash lids daily.
- Clean window mullions.
- Clean vacancies once per month.
- Inspect properties and report issues, including bulk trash and broken concrete, to the supervisor immediately.
- Travel between assigned properties in different cities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial property maintenance.
- Experience with janitorial cleaning.
- Reliability and strong time-management skills.
