Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician | Westford / Lowell Area | $23-$28/hr
The Liberty Group is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opportunity in the Westford/Lowell area.
Pay: $23-$28/hr based on experience
We're looking for a well-rounded maintenance professional who can confidently handle day-to-day apartment maintenance, resident work orders and unit turns with limited supervision.
Responsibilities

Complete resident maintenance requests

Perform apartment turns and make-ready work

Troubleshoot basic plumbing and electrical issues

Complete drywall, painting and carpentry repairs

Repair fixtures, hardware and common apartment components

Assist with appliance troubleshooting

Perform preventative maintenance

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Provide professional service when interacting with residents
Qualifications
-
Previous apartment, residential or facilities maintenance experience

Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs

Ability to complete common work orders independently

Reliable transportation

Dependable attendance

Professional communication skills

Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements
