Leasing Consultant – Tampa, FL
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in the Tampa area.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year of apartment/multifamily leasing experience</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred</li>
<li>Yardi experience required</li>
<li>Weekends Required </li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Professional, friendly, and reliable</li>
<li>Ability to conduct property tours and effectively sell the community</li>
<li>Experience with applications, leases, resident communication, and follow-up</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist prospective and current residents</li>
<li>Conduct property tours</li>
<li>Process applications and leasing paperwork</li>
<li>Follow up with prospective residents</li>
<li>Assist with resident questions and concerns</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records in Yardi</li>
<li>Support the property management team with daily leasing activities</li>
</ul>
