This is a generalist role for someone who's genuinely handy - comfortable moving between electrical, HVAC, plumbing/water systems, and general repair work, and ready to tackle whatever comes up on a given day. No certifications are required, but hands-on experience across multiple trades is a must.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repair across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and paintingTroubleshoot and resolve basic electrical issues (outlets, fixtures, breakers, wiring)Support HVAC upkeep and basic troubleshooting (no certification required)Assist with water system maintenance, including pumps, irrigation, or plumbing repairsConduct routine facility inspections and preventative maintenance to catch issues earlyRespond to a wide range of maintenance requests across the property, adapting as priorities shiftCommunicate clearly with the Facilities Director and teammates on job status and needsMaintain accurate records of completed workKeep company-issued tools and vehicles in safe, clean working conditionFollow all company safety guidelines, policies, and proceduresParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to support emergency needsPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; no certifications requiredPrior experience with electrical work and HVAC systems strongly preferredExperience with water systems (plumbing, pumps, or irrigation) a plusBroad, hands-on "handyman" skill set - comfortable picking up new tasks across tradesStrong troubleshooting instincts and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's licensePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 80 poundsFrequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and reachingComfortable working on rooftops and laddersAbility to safely operate hand tools and diagnostic equipmentAbility to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme heat and coldBenefits SummaryOur Total Rewards aims to provide a holistic view of the comprehensive rewards and opportunities you receive as part of our commitment to your growth and success.
