About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of real estate transactions, investing, funding, and sales processes. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, assisting with client communications, preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and supporting various real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with managing real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Prepare and process real estate documents, contracts, and disclosures.

Research properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.

Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client appointments.

Maintain and update CRM systems, client records, and property databases.

Assist with real estate marketing efforts, including social media, flyers, and listings.

Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other stakeholders.

Support real estate funding and financing processes, including gathering documentation and tracking deadlines.

Handle general administrative duties such as phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
Requirements:

Prior experience or strong knowledge in real estate, real estate investing, funding, or sales.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and real estate CRM software.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Real Estate License preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and transaction processes.

Experience with real estate marketing tools and platforms (MLS, Zillow, social media ads).
