Job Title: Part Time Uncleared Cleaner
Job Summary:
The Custodian plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities. This position supports our ability to deliver exceptional service to clients by ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and janitorial tasks in common areas, including emptying trash bins
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance, such as changing light fixtures and unclogging pipes
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, urinals, and mirrors
- Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning tools and products
- Strip and wax floors; replace burnt-out light bulbs and ballasts
- Conduct routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC and ventilation equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized janitorial closet and ensure supplies are adequately stocked
- Follow assigned cleaning schedules and replenish cleaning materials as needed

- Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum experience in a custodial, janitorial, or similar role
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and carry up to 50 pounds
