The Upkeep Cleaning Services is looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Cleaning Specialists. We provide residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Jefferson County, and we take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces while providing exceptional service to our clients.

What You’ll Do

- Clean and maintain residential and commercial spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and complete general cleaning tasks
- Pay close attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Respect clients’ homes, businesses, belongings, and privacy
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Arrive on time and complete jobs thoroughly and efficiently
- Follow The Upkeep’s cleaning procedures and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

- Dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable working independently
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable with the physical demands of cleaning, including standing, bending, reaching, and kneeling

- $16–$22 per hour, based on experience and hours/responsibilities
- 12+ hours per week
