Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Meet with motivated buyers to understand their needs and goals
- Show homes, guide negotiations, and help clients secure their dream property
- Maintain weekly contact and consistent follow-up with your pipeline
- Deliver exceptional customer service that leads to repeat business and referrals
- Host team open houses (you get the leads!)
- Keep your CRM and calendar updated for seamless scheduling
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings to stay sharp
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability and strong work ethic
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
- A positive, proactive mindset with a passion for helping people
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
