\n\n\n Job Summary:\n\n\n The Shift Maintenance Technician supports the production team by maintaining equipment, assisting with machine setups, resolving production issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. This hands-on role is critical to the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations.\n\n\n \n\n\n Job Duties:\n\n

- Maintain and troubleshoot production and material handling equipment
- Assist with equipment startup and shutdown processes
- Inspect products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Support machine setup and adjustment for various product models
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and team-focused work environment

\n\n \n\n\n Pay:\n\n\n $20.00 – $52.00 per hour, depending on experience\n\n\n Schedule 2nd shift Monday-Friday 10:50pm-7:00am\n
\n Shift schedules may vary based on production needs.\n\n\n \n\n\n Experience or Skill Requirements:\n\n

- Ability to perform equipment setups and basic troubleshooting

- High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training a plus
