Community Manager – The Fitzroy Apartments
Louisville, KY | Full-Time | 85-Unit Community
Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at The Fitzroy, a well-maintained 85-unit apartment community located just minutes from downtown Louisville.

What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations of the apartment community
- Lead and support onsite office and maintenance staff
- Drive occupancy and execute leasing strategies
- Oversee rent collection and delinquency
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Manage the community budget and operating expenses
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
- Maintain strong resident relationships and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve property performance and resident experience
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of multifamily property management experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with Entrata preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
