Your Duties as a Real Estate Professional:

  1. Maintain regular client communication to increase sales volume.
  2. Develop meaningful relationships that connect with clients, creating additional sales possibilities.
  3. Consult with prospective buyers and sellers to identify their property preferences, then present homes that align with their needs.
  4. Conduct dynamic open houses to showcase our available properties.
  5. Manage the complete transaction process, from initial listing through final closing, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
  6. Generate leads to create fresh business prospects.
  7. Become a market authority – understand the area and industry thoroughly, confidently responding to questions about available homes, comparable properties, and local amenities.


Real Estate Professional Qualifications:

  1. Prior sales background is beneficial.
  2. Maintain a technology-forward approach.
  3. Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Show self-direction and goal-oriented motivation.

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
