Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Transform recently vacated apartments into move-in-ready homes

Team up with painters, cleaners, and contractors to ensure every detail is dialed in

Punch lists? You eat those for breakfast

Replace, repair, and revive anything that’s not working, broken, or just plain tired

Report any major issues and help keep our units on schedule

Keep your work area clean and organized because, let’s face it, no one likes a messy toolbox
You’ll Be Great If You:

Know your way around a basic toolkit (drills, caulk guns, paint brushes, etc.)

Can fix a leaky faucet, replace a doorstop, and mount a towel bar without breaking a sweat

Take pride in quality work and never cut corners (unless you’re trimming carpet ????)
