Job DescriptionStep Into a Day on the Floor
You arrive to a humming production line and jump right into supporting operators, clearing equipment faults, and keeping machines at peak performance. One hour you’re tracing a 24V–480V circuit on a schematic; the next, you’re swapping a sensor, dialing in a VFD, or isolating a pneumatic leak. You prioritize multiple calls, communicate clearly with production, and bring equipment back online—safely and fast.
Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues across production equipment
- Respond quickly to production calls and resolve equipment downtime
- Execute preventive maintenance while tackling reactive/urgent work as needed
- Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, controls, pneumatics, and related systems
- Read and apply electrical schematics and machine diagrams to solve problems
- Partner with operators and production teams to identify root causes and fixes
- Balance competing maintenance priorities and work through complex challenges
What You Bring
- Proven skill in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments
- Confidence working on 24V–480V electrical systems
- Fluency with electrical schematics and machine drawings
- Independent, resourceful problem-solver with strong ownership
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with production staff
