Location: Tracy, CA
Salary: $110,000 – $120,000
Language Requirement: Bilingual – English & Spanish (Fluency required)

Our client, a leading name in food and beverage manufacturing, is looking for a Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor to join their growing operations in Tracy, CA. In this key role, you’ll take charge of daily maintenance activities, lead a talented team, and ensure equipment and processes run efficiently, safely, and without interruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, schedule, and supervise the maintenance team across daily operations and emergency repairs
- Manage preventive maintenance programs for plant machinery, utilities, and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime
- Enforce safety, GMP, and food manufacturing compliance across all maintenance activities
- Provide clear bilingual communication and training to team members (English/Spanish)
- Collaborate with production and operations to prioritize maintenance and support goals
- Track maintenance KPIs and work orders using CMMS tools
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing; food & beverage highly preferred
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading maintenance teams
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including PLCs and automation
- Familiar with HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, and food plant safety standards
- Proficient in using CMMS and maintenance reporting systems
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
