Job DescriptionGroundskeeper Moultrie, GA | $15.00 / Hour We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented part time Groundskeeper to join an apartment complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the continuous upkeep and beautification of outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain clean, attractive, and well maintained. Responsibilities
- Oversee the continuous upkeep and enhancement of outdoor spaces
- Perform essential tasks such as mowing, trimming, weed control, and debris removal to maintain the grounds
Requirements
- Clean drug screen
- Willing to undergo criminal background check
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to use standard lawn maintenance equipment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders with heavy tools
- Have your own vehicle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be punctual and reliable
- Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, etc.
- Be a team player and work well alone efficiently
