Responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas throughout an apartment community. This position ensures that residents and visitors have a well-maintained and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairways, elevators, community rooms, and building entrances.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
- Clean windows, doors, handrails, and other building surfaces as needed.
- Restock cleaning supplies in designated areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, or resident concerns to management.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized and safe manner.
- Follow property safety procedures and cleaning standards.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents and guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or residential property maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and good work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Flexible availability based on property needs.
