Are you the kind of person who can walk into a room and inspire Agents, teach at a high level, and still close business? We are looking for a high-energy real estate leader to help build and lead a growing Office culture focused on production, recruiting, coaching, and long-term success. This is NOT an administrative office manager position.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who :

• Knows Real Estate inside and out

• Loves helping Agents grow

• Can recruit and attract talent

• Has the presence to lead meetings and trainings

• Understands sales psychology and accountability

• Wants six-figure income potential with no ceiling

• The right person is equal parts Coach, Sales Leader, Recruiter, Culture Builder, Motivator, and Business-minded operator

Compensation:

$100,000

Responsibilities:

• Meet set recruiting Goals

• Lead a powerful, topical, value-rich weekly Team meeting for Top Agents

• Consult Top 50 Agents to build high-performing, profitable businesses

• Build Relationships with Agents in the local real estate community through referrals and events

• Oversee and grow staff and systems that are in place for new agent growth

• Lead staff to build a high-performance Training Calendar

• Lead office retention through staff development and events

Qualifications:

• Real Estate experience is required. Leadership or team-building experience is preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills required

• High emotional intelligence, high personal energy, and self-motivation are required

• Must have the ability to influence and inspire others

• A sales mindset is needed

• Seeking an organized, driven, and growth-oriented person
