We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our fast-growing industrial manufacturing team in Bensalem, PA. This role supports plant operations across converting, winding, laminating, and coating processes by maintaining equipment reliability, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping drive continuous improvement throughout the facility.

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician

CORE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

- Collaborates closely with the Director of Operations, engineers, maintenance technicians, and production team members.
\n
\n
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
\n
- \n
- Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, pneumatic systems, and production machinery.
- Read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment improvements to support safe and efficient production operations.
- Support production operators with equipment setup, adjustments, and operation as needed.
- Recommend and implement technical improvements that increase equipment reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Train team members on proper machine operation, setup, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections of boilers, air compressors, production equipment, and machine calibration requirements.
- Maintain an organized and clean maintenance shop, toolbox, spare parts storage area, and other technical workspaces.
- Identify workplace hazards, support corrective actions, and follow applicable safety procedures, including OSHA requirements.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support plant operations.

SKILLS:
\n

- Strong mechanical aptitude, including drilling, tapping, installation, tuning, adjustment, and torque specifications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient electrical knowledge, including 230–480V three-phase systems, 120VAC, and 24VDC controls.
- Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Steam and boiler operation knowledge preferred.
- Experience with VFDs and PLCs preferred.
- Ability to identify and implement practical technical solutions.
- Proficiency using common hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Forklift operation experience preferred.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Four years of experience in an industrial maintenance or repair role.
- Two to three years of machine operation experience.
- Associate degree or high school diploma with applicable vocational or technical training.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Must be able to stand and walk for up to eight hours.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, crouch, reach, and crawl as required by the role.
- Must be able to work in hot and humid manufacturing environments.
