Responsibilities

<li>Greet and tour prospective residents</li>
<li>Build rapport and guide prospects through the leasing process</li>
<li>Achieve occupancy goals during lease-up phase</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of apartment/multi-family leasing experience</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Friendly, professional, and engaging personality</li>
<li>Sales-driven mindset with a consultative (non-aggressive) approach</li>
<li>Stable work history reflected on resume</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background screening</li>
