We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with some supervisory experience to come join our top-notch agricultural production team in Redmond, OR. We are a team that is passionate about what we grow and produce, and take pride in putting in a good day’s work.

This role is responsible for maximizing machinery uptime, ensuring plant safety, and helping direct the daily operations of the maintenance team. You will report to the Maintenance/Facilities Manager and work daily with the Production Manager, and oversee the maintenance team. This critical role directly impacts overall equipment effectiveness, plant productivity, and manufacturing cost control.

The Maintenance Manager oversees all installation, repair, and preventive maintenance strategies for manufacturing machinery. Experience in farm/agricultural equipment is required, and the ability to fabricate needed parts/repairs from written/visual/verbal plans is also required. You will be part in office (ordering needed parts), part on the shop/plant floor and part observing for preventive maintenance.

Job role/requirements:
